1. In order to be successful in life, it is first important to know what success means to you. Think about what goals you want to achieve and what the achieved result means to you. Then create a plan to move you toward them. Have specific and measurable goals and set time frames to stay motivated on your way.

In addition, the psychological and mental factors that contribute to a successful life are important. Pay attention to yourself, develop self-control and time management, and learn to communicate effectively with others. Perseverance, motivation and learning from mistakes also play an important role in achieving success.

2. Managing stress is key to achieving a healthy and happy life. First, it’s important to recognize and accept stress and understand how it affects you. Practice developing a state of awareness and presence, such as through meditation or breathing techniques. This helps reduce stress and increases mental harmony.

In addition, it is important to include activities in your life that help you relax and unwind. This can be, for example, sports, hobbies or spending time with nice people. But don’t forget that healthy eating, adequate rest and regular exercise can also help manage stress.

One should be patient and persevere when trying stress management methods. Everyone deals with stress in a different way, so find the method that is most suitable and effective for you in terms of your own personality.

How about a specific example? How I handled a client’s problem, considering the management of the accountant’s company. See and follow our correspondence:

My letter to my client:

Hi Editke!

I was very happy that we spoke, and that you asked for my opinion, I was especially happy and honored by that.

I feel good about you, and I also have a good feeling about the company. I think everything is moving in the right direction and you can expect positive things in the near and distant future.

It may seem like a “bit much” at first, but I’m sure that if you use it as a working tool and come back to it from time to time to implement one point at a time, you’ll make progress.

I know one of the pivotal points is that the office works well. Surely the “old” has to be changed somehow. Keep that in mind as you read.

I don’t think it should be driven on an emotional basis, not in a family way, but on solid grounds.  (I added this afterwards, when I was trying to figure out the “essence”)

1.

Change is typically expected in your small team.  It is important that in order to succeed, the team must adapt to changes and challenges. Situations are constantly changing, and your team can be most successful when they learn to work together and make the most of every situation. Success lies in the fact that it is important to be flexible at the beginning of new challenges, as well as to recognize and take advantage of new opportunities.

Here, I am thinking that when a new company comes into your view, it must be considered new, you must not apply templates, and everyone must rise to the task anyway.

Special attention must always be paid to every little thing, and the relationship with the customer must be established with special attention.

I saw a shortcoming in this, that we did not initiate contact with a new client and did not make the client feel how important it is to us.

I believe that every customer should be treated as if they were our only customer, with all our attention and care. You have to make him believe that, you have to talk to him like that.

I also learned this continuously and towards the end of my work I was already communicating with clients, especially new ones.

Also in a very positive way, you have to constantly “keep their attention on us”, of course I mean this so that they feel that we are constantly paying attention to them.

I know you’ve thought a lot about newsletters, birthday notices, even your name day. This would be very good regularly and with outstanding attention, not in general, here I mean the newsletters. I know it seems like a lot of work, but it is, but he nurtures the customer relationship in an extraordinary way.

You see, it bothers them when they receive e-mails from other people, strangers, but if you are Editke, whom they look up to, whom they love, and you are the most important thing in their lives, because that is the case, they will welcome you very much and very positively.

You have also experienced that customers, all leading people, are very sensitive. Consider that your circumstances are similar. You are in the same shoes. You are sensitive, you work all day, you can never relax, and you have to pay attention to the feelings of your employees, because they are also sensitive. It’s a burden on your shoulders. But it can also be a sweet burden, of course.

2.

The team needs more self-discipline and inner strength to achieve success. Strong and courageous individuals can work together to achieve goals, so each team member must find their own strengths and courage to contribute to the common work.

Furthermore, empathy and understanding can be key to maintaining team unity and developing collaboration. Focus on supporting each other and overcoming all obstacles together.

3.

The team needs decisive leadership.

Self-discipline can be increased by emphasizing structured work processes and consistent rules.

Empathy can be developed by listening to each other and giving honest feedback.

By combining all of these, it is possible for the team to collaborate better, make fewer mistakes and achieve greater success.

For the team, stability and celebration are important parts of the workplace culture.

In order to make your work processes more structured, you need to create a system that supports stability and clear purpose.

Emphasize detailed planning and clear communication.

In addition, celebrate the small successes so that the team continues to work motivated and committed.

To implement an effective feedback system, the communication barriers and fears within the team must first be removed.

Often, team members may be afraid to give or receive feedback.

It is worth creating a safe environment where everyone can calmly and honestly share their thoughts and feelings.

Furthermore, the rules and frequency of giving feedback should be clearly defined so that everyone knows when and how feedback is expected.

This can help improve communication within the team and strengthen collaboration.

4.

Initiative must be taken and bold steps must be taken to break down communication barriers.

The first step is to start an open and direct dialogue with the team members, encouraging them to express their feelings and thoughts boldly.

Enthusiasm and a positive attitude that motivates others to actively participate in communication are important.

In addition, organize regular team building activities, through which you can get to know each other better and strengthen mutual trust.

Surely a cool trip or theater together can give you a lot of momentum. You have to pay close attention to when and where to make everyone comfortable. But this can be assessed, everyone makes a proposal, and a common result can be drawn from it.

A joint self-development training or a course is also a very good idea, which increases the time spent together and allows you to discuss events and initiatives together.

They do these regularly.

5.

Editke, you are overloaded and take on too much responsibility. This is why you make mistakes when solving tasks. In order to be more skilled and make fewer mistakes, you should reduce your workload and delegate tasks better. Furthermore, it would be worthwhile to review which tasks you could perform more efficiently and which tasks could be handed over to others.

Tasks that require emotional support or social interactions should be delegated.

These tasks can be, for example, tasks related to customer support or communication tasks between teammates. By delegating these tasks to others, you can devote more energy to strategic and organizational tasks, thereby focusing more on the areas where you can be stronger and more efficient.

You are uncertain about delegating tasks and you may not see clearly to whom you can entrust them.

There may be members within the team who you have not yet identified as really good candidates for these tasks.

I suggest you talk to your teammates and gauge their abilities and willingness to take on additional responsibilities.

This open communication can help you find the right people.

You have to be more proactive and actively take steps for better organization.

First, you should set priorities and prioritize the tasks that are most important and time-sensitive.

It is important not to be afraid to ask for help and delegate tasks to others when necessary.

6.

Also, make sure you take time to rest and recharge yourself, as overwork can lead to exhaustion in the long run.

7.

You need to set priorities with the help of stability and a practical approach.

As a first step, create a detailed to-do list of daily tasks and divide them according to their importance and urgency. Prioritize tasks that directly contribute to the long-term goals of the team or projects.

Also, be sure to handle tasks that affect others in a timely manner so as not to hinder the rest of the team.

It is important that you reassess the tasks at the end of each day so that you can objectively see what is the next most important thing to do.

This approach can bring about radical changes in your life, which will have a positive effect on your success in the long run.

Letting go of old, inefficient methods and introducing new, more structured processes will allow you to better manage your workload and make full use of your abilities. This renewal opens up new opportunities for you and helps you move forward in life more successfully and confidently.

8.

Don’t be afraid to try new collages and let go of old ones. Provided that you always “initiate” new people into the life and strategies of your company, it’s good blood circulation.

You may even feel a little like you are trapped or limited in your current situation. I mean inner fears and self-limitations that prevent you from moving forward.

It is possible that you have a colleague around you who has a negative influence on you and who you need to get rid of in order to achieve harmony at work. Hiring new colleagues may also be necessary, but only if this really contributes to positive changes.

How do you recognize who you need to get rid of??

Colleagues who negatively influence you often feel overwhelmed or overload others with their work. These colleagues may have a tendency to take on too much responsibility or delegate their tasks to others. Pay attention to those who constantly complain about the amount of work, are overly stressed or who refuse to cooperate and ask for help, because they can be the source of negative influence.

Another thing is that several things can indicate toxic colleagues. First, these people are often mistrustful and defensive, constantly building walls around themselves and refusing to cooperate. They often feel threatened and may tend to be hypervigilant and suspicious. It is also characteristic of them that they put their own interests before everyone else and act as a restraining force on teamwork and workplace harmony.

9.

Finally, you must now focus on recognizing these limitations and overcoming your inner fears.

It is important to trust in your own abilities and to break through mental obstacles.

Seeing the situation clearly and acting courageously can help you both at work and in life.

Face these challenges and step forward with a brave heart towards new opportunities. This period requires great emotional wisdom and self-awareness. That’s probably why you called me, why we talked. This is an important time in your life.

One more thing I think is important. See yourself as a normal person and not just as a leader. And remember that you too have needs and limits.

Feel free to leave behind those situations, people or tasks that no longer serve you. As a first step, recognize that everyone has a right to healthy boundaries, and you can stand up for yours. Think about any workplace relationships where you feel taken advantage of or disrespected. Communicate clearly and firmly, stand up for your needs and don’t be afraid to say no if you feel it’s the right decision.

You need to act decisively and strategically when someone crosses your boundaries. Communicate clearly and honestly about your feelings and expectations. It is important not to let the situation escalate into an argument or conflict. Stay calm but firm and reiterate your boundaries when necessary. If the person continues to be a problem, consider firing them.

UI: We can’t forget that, among other things, I am also a master holistic healer. My words will become a part of you on a higher level of consciousness, and this will give a lot of impetus to things. You will see the change. It requires almost no effort. You will solve “everything” easily.

The best course of action now is to approach your situation objectively and with logical thinking. It is important that you carefully consider and organize all the information you have received before making a decision. Clear and rational communication can also help you to get a clearer picture of the next steps.

Editke, I will be happy to help at other times, feel free to consult me.

I wish you a wonderful day!

Juli

My client’s response:

Hi Julika!

What you wrote is very kind of you. There is a lot of truth in that and thank you very much.
